How much does it cost?

Our  Eve's Parcel subscription parcels including sanitary products are priced at £12.99

Our Eve's Parcel subscription without sanitary products are priced at £10.00

You can also sample and trial a one-off parcel priced at £10.00 


How many sanitary products will I receive?

We include enough sanitary products required for up to 5-7 days.

Depending on your box selection you will received the below: 

If you select tampons only – 15 Tampons plus 3 night towels and 3 liners

If you select sanitary towels only – 15 sanitary towels plus 3 night towels and 3 liners

If you select tampon and sanitary towels – 10 Tampons 5 day Sanitary towels and 3 night towels and 3 liners


Do I have to re-order every month?

No your subscription will renew it self on the 21st of every month. You will receive notification of your renewal and your delivery status


What if my period is irregular?

Irregular period… no worries, you can always order a box for the 1st of the month so its there when you need it, no matter what day aunt flow decides to visit. 


What If I don’t need the sanitary products?

Yes, we offer a parcel specifically for you! You can simply pick box with no sanitary products 

(only £10)

All the perks and treats, minus the sanitary products.


How long do I have to subscribe for?

There is no minimum contract. You can subscribe for as long as you want.


When will I receive my parcel?

You have the option to pick from 3 delivery dates. your parcel will arrive on the date you have selected. 

Please note we have a 5 day processing period, therefore if you order and select a date with less than 5 days to process you will receive your order the following month on the date selected.


Can I send A Eve's Parcels a gift?

Yes, Eve's Parcels are the perfect pamper gift for any special woman in your life. You can gift Eve's Parcel with or without sanitary products, simply tick the gift button at checkout and include your recipients address in the deliver to section.


Can I choose what sanitary products and brands I need? 

Yes… you have an array of brands and absorbencies to pick from.


How discreet is delivery?

Our parcels are delivered very discretely, in grey mailing bags, we have no branding on the outer packaging, so you don’t have to feel uneasy at all. Perfect if your having it delivered to work.


Can I change my delivery date?

Yes, you can, please drop us an email on Hello@EvesParcel.com with your date request and we will get this changed for you.


When will I be billed?

You will be billed for your first box on the date you place your order. Your renewal will be processed on the 21st of the month for your next box


Can I change my delivery address?

Yes, simply log into your account and update your delivery address.


What payment options are there?

We take all major credit and debit cards


Can I cancel my subscription? 

You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging on to your account or dropping us an email.

Please note – all cancellations must be actioned 7 days prior to your next renewal date.


Can I put my subscription on hold if I am on holiday or am pregnant?

Yes, you have the option to put your subscription on hold. Just log on to your account and select the hold option 


I’ve forgotten my password/ login?

Click forgotten password and we will get you logged back in asap


How do I use my promo / coupon code? 

Simply add your code at the checkout


Can I track my parcel?

Unfortunately, not, we do not send our parcels with tracking, however you are notified when your parcel is shipped and on its way to you.


How much is P&P?

Postage and packaging is £2.95 


Will my my Eve's Parcel fit through a letterbox?

Unfortunately, no, however you can have it delivered to your work place or to an alternative address if you won’t be home to receive your parcel.
